Bernard Desprez, initiated his career with Deloitte & Touche Conseil in 1990 where he was Head of the Public Sector practice during 9 years.
He was then appointed Partner in charge of the Real Estate & Social Care Industry, and Managing Partner of the Lyon office during 4 years.
In 2003, Bernard Desprez was one the founding Partners of Ineum Consulting.
As HR Group Leader for the Public Sector, he performed an outstanding growth of this business unit within 5 years, now one of the largest of Ineum Consulting with 140 Consultants. Since 2008, he is COO of Ineum Consulting France.
